A Registered Agent is a person or company appointed to receive and sign for official legal correspondence on the company's behalf. Almost every state requires a corporation or an LLC to have a Registered Agent. The Registered Agent must be available during normal business hours so that official legal correspondence may be delivered and signed for if needed. Our registered agent service comes with yearly compliance reminders to help you submit your required filings on time, every time.
